Art Therapy
Individual Art Therapy, using art materials and creative methods to express and process emotions and build positive sense of self. Grounded in humanistic psychotherapy & counselling. No art skills required,
for all ages.
NDIS Therapy
Our therapists are masters trained and have ample experience in working with NDIS participants. We can provide all progress reports and letters for reviews.
Therapy Dog assisted therapy
Therapy sessions supported by a certified therapy dog, to provide comfort, reduce anxiety and increase engagement in the therapy room. (With Alana only)
Play Therapy
Synergetic Play Therapy®️ and other creative play approaches to support children and teens to express emotions, work through personal conflicts and develop emotional regulation skills.
Forest Therapy (outdoors)
Facilitated group therapuetic nature experiences for private bookings. Helping participants learn how to connect with nature to reduce stress and support health.
Counselling
Individual person-centered and trauma-informed counselling, usually also encorporating some creative expression. Reflect and process emotional challenges, understand self, identify personal strengths and work towards goals.
Group Art Therapy
Therapy groups to support social needs, self confidence and positive identity. Using art making for self-expression and emotional regulation.
